Refund Policy

 

● Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

To start a return, you can contact us at (insert email id). If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

● We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

The shipping charges or cost of delivery, if any, will not be refunded

● Refunds can only be made to the credit/debit card that was used to process the purchase.

● Processing of any refund can take up to 20 working days depending on the bank

● Additionally, please note that we are not responsible for failed deliveries under the following circumstances:

○ The customer is not available on the preferred delivery date and time

○ The customer ordered the wrong items

○ The provided delivery address is incorrect

● The final discretion for refunds is on the 1Shot team and will only be processed for valid reasons.Order Cancellation policy:

● Once an order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. If a customer cancels before dispatch and has paid by card, the refund will be processed to the original card within 20 working days.

Defective/Damaged/ Expired product:

● Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (leaking), expired or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

● Should an item be damaged (leaking), expired, faulty on arrival, incorrectly delivered, or does not match the product description, please reach out to the 1Shot team with all details & images at (insert email) and we will offer you with a choice of refund or replacement. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

● To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all products must be returned in their original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, labels, promotional items, or documentation that were shipped with the product.

● Products must be in original condition, unopened, and unused.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

● In the interest of hygiene and safety, we may refuse returns where it is clear that hygiene measures have not been followed or the product has been opened or consumed.

 

Shipping Policy:

● We do not ship on Sundays and UAE public holidays.

● Next-day delivery is available across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi for all orders placed before 12:00 PM (excluding remote areas).

● All online orders processed after 12 PM on Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only):

● For Dubai customers, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10:00 AM.

● A delivery fee of (insert amount after finalising with shipping company) will apply for this service.

● Free same day delivery for orders above (insert amount after finalising with Shipping company) and if placed before 10:00 AM.

Acceptable Reasons for Return - Internal purposes (not to be shared on the website)

● Product arrived damaged, dented, or leaking – Customer receives cans in poor condition.

● Defective quality – Drink is flat, has unusual taste, or off smell.

● Expired / near expiry – Product expired or delivered with less than 15 days shelf life.

● Wrong product, flavor, or quantity – Items don’t match the order placed.

● Missing items – Some products from the order were not delivered.

● Order not delivered / major delay – Order never arrives or is late beyond promised timelines.

● Payment error – Duplicate charge or payment taken but order not confirmed.

● Didn’t like the product – Customers are unsatisfied with taste or experience.

● Change of mind – Customers no longer want the product even though it is in good condition.
